Hidden Clues

Read Proverbs 25:1 through 29:27

Published: Apr 28, 2017

There is a new type of clue game that has become popular of late. A game master sets up a room filled with clues and assigns the players a mission. In one hour, the players must find and decipher the clues to complete the mission before time runs out.

Throughout the world and the heavens, God placed information about himself for humankind to discover.

It is the glory of God to conceal a matter; to search out a matter is the glory of kings (Proverbs 25:2).

For those who seek God, these things reveal God’s divinity and eternal power (see Romans 1:20). When a believer seeks the things of God, relationship grows. The study of His Word teaches the truth about God’s love and His desire for humanity. The study of nature reveals the beauty and creativity of God. The study of the heavens proclaims the enormity of God.

What has God left for you to find? Your pursuit of Him brings you glory and draws your heart closer to His.

Challenge for Today: Take an hour to pursue one characteristic of God in His Word.
